Here is a brief outline of all 4 types.

Playful:

If you are the Playful type, you are probably a really fun person to be with. You laugh loudly, you thrive in environment where you get to talk and where people listen to you. You are definitely not afraid to put yourself ‘out there’. Natural leaders!

Playfuls come across as very confident people. At the same time, they fade away when they are being criticised. They are very sensitive to disapproval; under ‘fire’ they suddenly become very quiet, lock away, or even might start apologizing for the something they’ve never committed. ‘Sorry’ seems to be the easiest word ;)

Playfuls are easy to forgive and forget. They don’t remember the bad parts of the past. What happened has happened and now it’s time to move on!

Weaknesses include being not so great with Time management, amazing ability to spend money when under stress and talking too much and too loud.

Powerful:

If you are a Powerful type, you probably always see a world of possibilities ahead of you! Ambitious and goal-seeking, they learn by actually ‘doing’ things.

Powerful don’t ask, they order; no matter whether it’s at home or at work. They thrive on emergency situations and want everything right away. They are short and straight to the point, however, it is possible for some Powerfuls to tolerate a tiny amount of small talk. They don’t have the luxury of time to wait or to waist. They are a very energetic type, cannot wait to move into action.

Weaknesses include appearing intense and dominating to other people. Because they move so quickly, and with focus, they can appear angry or tense. They could be a bit messy but they know the exact location of things in this mess. Powerfuls simply eliminate those people from their circle who cause them stress or uncomfortable feelings. So look out!

Peaceful:

Ah, those Peaceful types! I’ve got a daughter who grew up in the office with me constantly working. She never protested, she was always of the best behaviour… Now she is usually the first one to listen to all my findings, commitments, upsets and motivations. Very loyal, sincere and faithful.

These types are very reliable and of great support. They are amazing listeners and bring up a lot of clarity into your life. They are very systematic and efficient; filing is a perfect job for some of them and routine does not scare them. They can lead, but they would rather not..

Wonderful secret keepers, they value people more than goals. Peacefuls have a strong need for harmony, so don’t expect them to take sides in disagreements or fiery discussions. They can adapt to new situations, but it is not to say that they welcome change. It is hard to push them into action, they are very resistant.

Weaknesses for Peacefuls include being rather stubborn, they may seem to be walk-overs, but they are definitely push-overs. If you push them too hard, they will come out as angry bulls. Don’t misunderstand their quietness for inaction.

Precise:

Thoughtful, logical and well-mannered. They base their life on facts and could be very persistent.  These get annoyed with people who don’t finish what was started. When Precises are frustrated with people you won’t hear them yelling: they will sigh or shake their heads in disapproval.  There are no words to describe how agonising they find it when others make mistakes!

Precises have a strong sense of justice and social conscience. They are fair and reasonable, but can be black and white. It is hard to make them laugh naturally;)

Quite often, the natural ability of the Precise to re-organize can come across as pedantic and too perfectionist. My father says about my Precise Mother: ‘Your Mother likes to keep her house in a museum condition’. And I know, it is totally true! Oh, weaknesses… Praise doesn’t come easy from a Precise; there is always a room for improvement!

Look out for the next Post. We will tell you what works as Motivation for each of these wonderful types!
